Wood County gets high-intensity drug trafficking designation

The Herald-Dispatch WASHINGTON, D.C. — Wood County, West Virginia, has been designated as a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., and Rep.
