CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The live-stream of the West Virginia Gubernatorial Debate of 2016 General Election starts at  6:50 p.m. and will also be broadcast on West Virginia Public Broadcastings’ television and radio networks, various commercial television and radio stations and live-streamed on select West Virginia newspaper websites and other websites.
