NOTICE — Applications for the Civil Service Examination and Physical Agility Test for Raleigh County Deputy Sheriff will be available beginning January 7, 2019. Applications must be picked up and returned to the County Clerk’s Office in the Raleigh County Courthouse. All persons interested in this position must make application before February 1, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.. There is a $5,000.00 signing bonus for certified law enforcement applicants who complete the hiring process. The tests will be scheduled at a later date.
