WASHINGTON, D.C. —  During her weekly Senate update for the people of West Virginia, Senator Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va.,  discusses the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee field hearing in Beckley on March 23, her support for the Senate GOP Balanced Budget and legislation she introduced to reauthorize the Appalachian Regional Commission and improve broadband service in West Virginia.
