CHARLESTON — Governor Patrick Morrisey has confirmed he will speak at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, during the Gas and Oil Association of West Virginia (GO-WV) 2026 Winter Meeting at the Charleston Marriott Town Center Hotel. The meeting is bringing together natural gas and oil industry leaders, policymakers and professionals from across the state and country.
The meeting features industry-focused sessions on market demand, infrastructure and regulatory issues with the theme of “Meeting the Moment – From Wellhead to Fingertips.”
The agenda includes technical and operational discussions, legislative updates and recognition of industry leadership through the presentation of the Rusty Hutson, Sr. Heritage Award and the
GO-WV Gunslinger Award.
“The Winter Meeting provides an important forum for discussing the future of West Virginia’s natural gas and oil industry,” said Craig Colombo, GO-WV Board Chairman and Vice President of Gas Supply for Hope Gas. “It allows industry leaders and policymakers to come together around a theme of responsible development and economic opportunity.”
