The West Virginia Student Success Summit, themed “Empowering Student Success,” is a free, two-day event that will bring together nearly 500 educators, policymakers, workforce professionals, and community leaders to strengthen student outcomes across the state. Hosted by the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, West Virginia Council for Community and Technical College Education, and the West Virginia Department of Education, the Summit features inspirational keynotes, interactive breakout sessions, a gallery walk of partner organizations, and rich networking opportunities.
Media are encouraged to attend, with optimal footage opportunities during the Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, July 23, at 8:00 a.m. Staff will be on-site to assist with interviews.
The event is open to anyone invested in student development—from early education through career pathways.
