CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Tony O’Dell and William “Bill” Tiano, personal injury attorneys and founders of the firm Tiano O’Dell PLLC, have been named to the prestigious Best Lawyers in America 2026 list.
Both O’Dell and Tiano were selected by their peers for inclusion on the list for exceptional expertise in the following categories:

O’Dell was also voted “Lawyer of the Year” for Medical Malpractice – Plaintiffs in Charleston, WV.
This is the sixth consecutive year O’Dell has been named to the Best Lawyers in America list and the fifth straight year Tiano has been honored.

O’Dell holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Marshall University and obtained his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1991. O’Dell serves on the Board of Directors of the West Virginia Association for Justice. He is also a member of the West Virginia Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
