CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia House of Delegates will vote Friday on a resolution that would bring the state Supreme Court under the Legislature’s control.
Senate Joint Resolution 3 proposes a constitutional amendment for the Legislature to have sole authority to determine the court’s budget.
