CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — We applaud the Council for Community and Technical Colleges, which recently voted down tuition increases at three institutions and sent a strong message that colleges need to look at other ways to balance their budgets.
At a time when college costs continue to skyrocket, Council members took a bold step in saying enough is enough.
