MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Deputy Director of Athletics Mike Parsons and WVU reached an agreement to end Parsons’ more than 34-year career at the university last week. On Monday, Feb. 3, TheDPost.com obtained a copy of Parsons’ settlement agreement through a Freedom of Information Act request.
Terms of Parsons’ settlement agreement include:
— Parsons will maintain his current salary ($165,300) and benefits through June 30.
— Parsons will receive a one-time payment of $325,000 on July 1.
— Parsons will receive an undisclosed longevity bonus, to be paid in July or August…
