MOOREFIELD, W.Va. — West Virginia and Virginia appear to be traveling in opposite directions in their plans about the same road – Corridor H, according to interviews with key transportation leaders in both states.
In fact, Virginia may now have no plans to build its portion of the highway from the WV line to I-81.
