MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., gave her first speech from the floor of the U.S. Senate on Tuesday, March 10, and energy and infrastructure were among the areas she discussed.
She called for a six-year highway bill to meet the infrastructure needs of the country — including several projects in the Mountain State.
