MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A man wanted by police for living in WVU buildings in secret was arrested during the weekend.
Dong Xu, 38, was arrested by the WVU Police on Sunday, March 20, and charged with two counts of entering without breaking. He was arraigned in Monongalia County Magistrate Court and bail was set at $15,000.
WVU Police Officer W. Armstrong found Xu sitting at the instruction’s computer station in Clark Hall. The computer cabinet was open and Xu was illegally logged into the computer.
