WHEELING, W.Va. — The West Virginia Oil & Natural Gas Association’s annual business meeting — with educational programs, committee meetings and receptions — is se for is Monday through Wednesday at Oglebay Resort & Conference Center in Wheeling.
The three-day meeting will feature discussion on regulatory and environmental issues and provide the most up-to-date information on industry trends and activity.
The conference kicks off with an opening reception the evening of Monday.
The Tuesday’s agenda includes a day of educational programming and a watch party for the gubernatorial debate between Sen. Bill Cole and Jim Justice at 7 p.m. in the Glessner Auditorium. The evening includes a special tribute to the late Nicholas “Corky” DeMarco, former WVONGA executive director.
Wednesday, Oct. 12, will feature additional speakers throughout the morning. Appalachian STEPPS will host a meeting for their members following our meeting and all WVONGA members are welcome to attend. The afternoon features free time and the opportunity for golf, spa services and exploring Oglebay Resort with a guided tour of the Oglebay Mansion and Glass Museum or downtown Wheeling.
