CHARLESTON (WV News) — The West Virginia Senate passed a bill Monday that would include definitions of words like “male,” “female” and “sex” in state law.

Senate Bill 456 passed 32-1, with one member absent or not voting. It now goes to the West Virginia House of Delegates for consideration.
