MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Making New Year’s resolutions may seem daunting for many. For some, it may mean jumping into an exercise regimen or eating well, with no clue how to start. But, area experts are offering some tips to keep those resolutions.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reports that only one in three children are physically active every day. Furthermore, less than five percent of adults participate in 30 minutes of physical activity each day.
Fitness experts agree that the best way to see results is to set attainable goals.
