Six to join W.Va. music hall of fame

The six inductees are Hasil Adkins, Ann Magnuson, Frank Hutchison, The Morris Brothers, Fred “Sonic” Smith and Michael W. Smith.

Magnuson’s career has included the cult favorite combo Bongwater, diverse solo recordings and one-woman shows, appearing in Hollywood blockbusters, off-Broadway plays, TV sitcoms and indie films, the hall of fame said. She is from Kanawha County.
