BECKLEY, W.Va. — In West Virginia’s Third Congressional District, Carol Miller has won a seat in the United States House of Representatives.
“It’s what West Virginia stands for and that’s what I stand for,” Miller said, in an interview with WCHS. “It’s faith. It’s family. It’s America. God bless America, and I will always stand for the national anthem.”
Miller, a bison farmer and West Virginia delegate whose family also owns regional car dealerships, rarely voiced her views and didn’t respond to interview requests during the campaign.
