CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — West Virginians impacted by July 28-29 severe storms, flooding, landslides and mudslides who are denied federal aid can appeal the ruling, officials said.
Applicants who receive a denial letter are urged to read all the way through the document. Many times, a quick fix can result in subsequent approval, officials said.
