MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — President Donald Trump’s planned Oct. 4 visit to Morgantown has been canceled, according to county officials.
Trump was slated to meet with FOX News host Sean Hannity for an interview at the Metropolitan Theatre.
Mon County Commissioner Tom Bloom posted on Facebook at about 10:15 a.m. Oct. 2 to indicate that county commissioners were informed Trump is not coming.
MECCA 911 and Mon County Office of Emergency Management Director Jimmy Smith confirmed that Trump will not be in Morgantown on Oct. 4.
