MOUNT HOPE, W.Va. — Mount Hope Revitalization Coalition will celebrate Mount Hope Heritage Day on Sunday, March 24.
Active Southern West Virginia Community Captain Jean Evansmore will lead a walk beginning at 2 p.m. at the Coal Heritage Park along the Mount Hope Heritage Walking Tour in exploration of Mount Hope’s history.
At 3 p.m., community members will meet at the Historic Cottle Mountainair Hotel for a potluck lunch. Guests are asked to bring a dish big enough to feed their family.
