CHARLESTON, W.Va. — West Virginia is gearing up for an exciting celebration as Governor-elect Patrick Morrisey prepares to take office. The inauguration festivities will include a special concert featuring legendary southern rock group The Marshall Tucker Band and Grammy-winning country music act Shenandoah.
Celebration of West Virginia Concert
The Celebration of West Virginia Concert is scheduled for Monday, January 13, at 5:30 p.m. at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center. Fans of southern rock and country music can enjoy timeless hits like “Can’t You See” and “Heard It in a Love Song” by The Marshall Tucker Band, as well as Shenandoah’s classics such as “Two Dozen Roses” and “Church on Cumberland Road.”
Tickets are available for just $10 online, making it an accessible event for all West Virginians to enjoy.

11:00 a.m.: Swearing-In Ceremony at the state Capitol steps
