CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Jeff Krauklis, a technology systems specialist with Clay County Schools, said he e-filed his son’s state and federal tax returns on Feb. 6.
“He had his federal refund in four days,” Krauklis said Monday.
Meanwhile, they waited and waited for his state refund.
