BECKLEY, W.Va. — Don Blankenship, the former Massey Energy CEO convicted of misdemeanor conspiracy who is now running for U.S. Senate, will host his second town hall in Beckley.
The town hall is scheduled Thursday at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center with a reception at 5:30 p.m. and the main program at 6 p.m. According to a release, the event is expected to conclude around 8 p.m.
The release said attendance is free and everyone is welcome. Those interested in attending are asked to register online at votedonblankenship.com. Attendees can also register at the door at the event.
