CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Dominion Hope and Dominion Transmission this month has been reaching out to customers in West Virginia to present its message about the current lockout of Local 69 of the Utility Workers Union of America, United Gas Workers.
Dominion used community newspapers across West Virginia to deliver a two-page message to the public that outlines its position on the lockout and contract negotiations.
