CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia State Tax Department is providing special tax filing and payment relief to individuals, fiduciaries, and corporations and pass-through entities whose 2019 annual income return is due April 15, 2020.
The due date is extended to July 15, 2020. This extension is in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. This extension also applies to declarations of estimated tax due April 15, 2020 and to payments of estimated tax that are due between April 15, 2020 and July 15, 2020.
