CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Veterans Day parade route through Charleston was crowded with parade watchers Friday as veterans, guests and high school bands, marching units and ROTC units led the way to Haddad Riverfront Park on Kanawha Boulevard for the Veterans Day Ceremony.
U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., joined the Veterans Day parade and ceremony Friday.
