CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The 2018 West Virginia State of the state address presented by Gov. Jim Justice on Jan. 10 at the West Virginia State Capitol:
SPEAKER ARMSTEAD: Ladies and gentlemen, it’s my distinct pleasure and honor to introduce the Governor of the great State of West Virginia, Jim Justice.
(APPLAUSE)
GOVERNOR JUSTICE: Okay, now. It’s time to sit down.
Let me ask one question before we really get into the nitty gritty. Last year when I came in and spoke, it was 700 degrees. How can it be 65 degrees or whatever outside right now, and 85 in my office, and whatever it is in here?
But let’s just hope this: That this is the hottest it gets in here for the next 60 days.
