BECKLEY, W.Va. — A North Central West Virginia resident will be among the 2019 inductees to the West Virginia Aviation Hall of Fame and Aviation Wall of Valor.
Charles A. “Chuck” Koukoulis of Clarksburg will be inducted into the Hall of Fame along with John R. Morgan, a native of Minnie.
Recipients will be honored during a special ceremony Aug. 5 at the Tamarack Conference Center in Beckley. …
