CHARLESTON, W.Va. — CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital will roll out the red carpet when the cast of the Charleston Light Opera Guild’s production of “Beauty and the Beast” visits patients today, Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 2 p.m.
Characters such as Belle, the Beast, Gaston, Lefou, Lumiere and Babette – along with other supporting cast members – will visit pediatric inpatients that afternoon in full costume as part of CAMC’s sponsorship of their production (in collaboration with the Clay Center for the Arts & Sciences of WV).
The show is being produced in the Maier Performance Hall at the Clay Center Friday thru Sunday, Nov. 1-3.
CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital is located at 800 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston. To participate, meet in the lobby at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
