CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Brig. Gen. James “Jim” Seward will officially take command of the West Virginia National Guard during a formal assumption ceremony held at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, Charleston, West Virginia, Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
