Leah Hurley joins NRGRDA and WV Hive as Grants Compliance Coordinator

BECKLEY, W.Va. – The New River Gorge Regional Development Authority (NRGRDA) and West Virginia Hive announced Leah Hurley as its new Grants Compliance Coordinator. Hurley, from Lakewood, Ohio, and now residing in Richwood, is a specialist in local, state and federal grant funding and compliance as well as fund development and procurement

“Our team is thrilled to add Leah as a highly experienced grants compliance expert who understands the complexities of managing fiscal responsibilities of a public agency,” said Jina Belcher, executive director of the NRGRDA. “Leah’s academic background coupled with her practical experience equips her to navigate the intricacies of grants management and regulatory compliance expected.”

Hurley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in General Management from Tiffin University. Leah and her husband reside in Nicholas County with their sons and enjoy hiking and the outdoors.
