CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — With summer in full swing, things are not totally quiet at school facilities in Harrison County.
Summer crews are taking advantage of empty hallways and classrooms to make upgrades and perform routine maintenance and deep cleaning, according to Harrison County Schools Assistant Superintendent Jimmy Lopez.
Work has already started on a remodeling project at Bridgeport High that will provide space for a new aerospace program for high school students throughout the county, Lopez said. …
