WHITE HALL, W.Va. — The transformation of the former Middletown Mall into Middletown Commons continues as new renderings of the plans for the property have been released.
A “tremendous amount of demolition” has taken place on the inside of the property over the last five to eight months, according to Christopher L. Wilbert Jr. of Premier Commercial Real Estate Services of Morgantown, who is involved with the project.
“You will start seeing more demolition on the outside here coming shortly,” he said. “We have multiple letters of intent out signed and will be announcing more in the coming months. We are entertaining the option of a multi-story hotel and a new cinema/movie theatre to go in there as well.”
