CHARLESTON, W.Va. — West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey and members of the West Virginia First Foundation spoke with the media following the board’s first meeting on Monday.
Attorney General Morrisey was joined at the briefing by West Virginia First Foundation Chairman Matthew Harvey and Vice Chairman Dr. Matthew Christiansen.
