Teachers rally at West Virginia Capitol (photos)

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Several groups representing teachers, school service personnel, and public employee rallied at the state Capitol on Sunday, the first day of legislative interim meetings since June. Speakers included Joe White, executive director of the West Virginia School Service Personnel Association, and Delegate Mike Caputo, D-Marion, a United Mine Workers member.
