The 6-mile sewer line would connect the factory and future commercial, industrial and residential developments into the city’s waste water treatment system.
After deliberating for more than an hour in executive session, council members decided to hold off on voting until they had more knowledge regarding the sewer bond. Council members went into executive session to discuss personnel and legal issues.
