WVU’s Trickett Named Walter Camp Player of Week

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — After throwing for the second-most single game passing yards in school history, West Virginia quarterback Clint Trickett has been named the Walter Camp Football Foundation National Offensive Player of the Week.

Trickett is the fifth West Virginia player to earn Walter Camp Player of the Week honors since 2004, and the first since two-time winner Geno Smith (Sept. 2 and Sept. 30, 2012)…
