WV Free rallies again abortion bill

Supporters of WV Free, a reproductive health, rights and justice organization, rallied in opposition of House Bill 2153 Thursday in the Capitol's Rotunda in Charleston. The bill, reintroduced Tuesday by Del. David Perry, D-Fayette, proposes banning abortions after 20 weeks gestation in West Virginia. Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin vetoed the bill last year over concerns it may be unconstitutional. Photo by the West Virginia Press Association
