Photographer Kenny Kemp says, “This was one of my surprises this year. While waiting for a trial to start in the Kanawha County Judicial Annex, I looked out the window to see a guy (Mike Huges of Smith Brothers Window Cleaning) hanging on the building across the street. We can plan and look for photos, but sometimes the best ones just happen.”
