MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The pony pull and the crowning of the Little Miss and Little Mister were two of the main events during the fourth day of the Monongalia County Fair, on Thursday, July 30.

Five-year-old Randy “Trey” Murray III, of Morgantown, was crowned Little Mister, and Oliva Morgan, 5, of Westover, was picked as Little Miss.

The runner up for Little Mister was Brayden Honeycutt, 6, of Morgantown. Seven-year-old Ashlynn DeBarr, of Reedsville, was runner up.

The pageant was held in Mylan Park’s Hazel and J.W. Ruby Community Center.

Pamela Yost, a member of the Mon Fair Board, said this is the third year they are featuring the pony pull.
