MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — David Riner, Driver for School Bus No. 65, spends Monday afternoon clearing snow off his and several other driveways for elderly neighbors along Lupton Drive in Martinsburg. For the past four years, he has transported 160 students to and from their schools in Berkeley County.
