Don and Samantha Smith’s 9-year-old daughter built this tribute to those newspaper sports editors who go snow crazy between football season and baseball season when the snow cancels all the basketball games. When does WVU football practice start? Don Smith said this snowman reminds him of Rick Kozlowski at The Journal, Martinsburg, WV , state sports columnist Doug Huff who headed The Intelligencer / Wheeling News-Register staff for years, and at least one sports reporter at every newspaper in West Virginia. Too much late night ESPN basketball! Love you guys!
