Don Smith said this snowman reminds him of Rick Kozlowski at The Journal, Martinsburg, WV , state sports columnist Doug Huff who headed The Intelligencer / Wheeling News-Register staff for years, and at least one sports reporter at every newspaper in West Virginia.
