Edainah Young, 18, of Hurricane, groomed her 4-H black Angus named Smokey as she squirted him with water to cool him down at the Putnam County Fair Sunday.
CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Putnam County Fairgrounds is a popular place this week. Fair-goers on Sunday got the opportunity to try out all the different foods, walk the barns, and enjoy all the other activities at the fair.
