Ellianna Hotchkiss, 2, of Keyser, waits in a braided newspaper dress next to her mother, Ambria, for her turn to walk on stage at the WV Re-Fashion Show. The event, held Saturday at the Charleston Town Center Mall, is in its 12th year. It is put on by the Recycling Coalition of West Virginia, to promote the reuse and recycling of otherwise disposable materials. Ellianna’s dress took eight hours to make.
