MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Countless tattoo enthusiasts had the chance to show off their ink and get a new design as part of the West Virginia Tattoo Expo this weekend.
The expo, in its second year, will continue from noon-7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, with a day pass costing $15. There is a $5 discount to anyone with a student or military ID. The event is free for children 12 and under.
More than 150 tattoo artists are on-hand at the event.
