Two dozen meat cutters from Texas Roadhouse restaurants in West Virginia, Kentucky and Pennsylvania ventured onto the ice Thursday morning at the South Charleston Memorial Ice Arena for part of the restaurant chain’s annual National Meat Cutting Challenge.
