BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. — Jan. 3 is unofficially considered National Chocolate-Covered Cherry Day in the United States, but one Barboursville woman would be OK with every day having that distinction.

Michelle Hill, owner of Tibbenham Chocolates, makes and sells her chocolate-covered cherries out of her other business, WV Quilt, 642 Main St. in Barboursville, and La Fontaine Tobacco and Wine Shop, 418 10th Street in Huntington.
