People fill up their water jugs from a water tanker parked at Big Lots on Patrick Street in Charleston on March 1, during the last weekend that water tanks were provided during the water crisis. I set the camera on the ground with a wide-angle lens to get a different view of what had become a common occurrence — people getting clean water anywhere they could while the tap water was still suspect.
