CHARLESTON, W.Va. — We kick off a new “photo of the week” feature this week, with a selection from Laura Moul, an award-winning photographer from Milton, and only one of a handful of pros who have achieved national certification from the Professional Photographic Certification Commission.
But don’t let those impressive credentials intimidate you. These days, thanks to the prevalence of cellphones with camera capability, many of us have become amateur photographers.
Send us your best stuff! We’re looking for crisp, clear photos, high resolution and medium-to-large file size, with a line or two from the photographer about what’s in the photo — if it’s an iconic spot in West Virginia, for example, or speaks to them in some way. Include the photographer’s name, hometown, where the photo was taken and contact information. Email to [email protected], with the subject line “Photo of the Week.”
